I am a mom of three wonderful young kids and A guardian for two young adults. My children have there challenges and we have been involved with special ed for eighteen years.
Early in my career, I knew I wanted to help people so I studied social work at Marist College, NY. and later completed my MEd at Cambridge College, MA.
I have always found the joy of supporting and coaching kids and there families with all kinds of development and neurodivergent issues.
My husband and I were blessed to have traveled the world, we sailed more than 10,000 nautical miles on our 40 foot sailboat. I met with and worked with some amazing people. I am now on a mission to provide change for the way family therapy is delivered to children and there families.
I believe sitting in an office with professionals discussing strategies is a start but doesn't always help when you are back at home and the wheels are coming off. I believe it's never too late to start, but the earlier the better. More than anything A family needs practical advice and a guiding hand. I'm there for you!
